How does Life Coaching work?
You'll meet with your coach once a week by phone (typically 40-50 minutes) for a one-on-one conference. Together you'll discuss your focus goals and action areas. In each session, you'll also receive support and guidance in creating the right attitudes and motivation in the areas you want to work on the most.
In addition to the weekly phone calls, you'll be in communication with your coach via e-mail, so you'll have help and support throughout the week.
